Before You Arrive

• Check-in at 3:00 pm / Check-out 12:00 pm

• Parking: All vehicles must remain in the guest lot at the ranch entrance. Personal cars are not permitted beyond this point.

• Private ATV: Each tent or casita includes use of a private ATV for transport on the property.

• Gate Code: The gate code will be shared with guests before their arrival.

• Waiver: A signed waiver is required before your stay begins.

What to Pack

• Comfortable outdoor clothing + sturdy shoes

• Swimwear for the river and Dutch tub

• Sunscreen, bug spray, hats

• Layers for cool evenings

• Personal food and beverages

At the Ranch

• All tents + casita include fresh Cozy Earth premium linens, towels, and San Saba Soap Co. bath products

• Essentials like binoculars, a telescope, cards, and games are provided

• Each space has its own fire pit for cozy evenings

• Shared outdoor kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, cookware, grill, stovetop, smoker, and basic tools.

Food & Drink

• Every unit has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, water cooler, and coffee set up.

• Outdoor kitchen available.

• Guests typically bring groceries needed for meals during their stay. General Store 4 miles, grocery store 15 miles.

• Private chef and catering accommodations available - please inquire.
